Opening/Closing Protocol and Procedure

Opening/Closing Protocol and Procedure:

Opening:

  • Temperature check, hands washed immediately upon entering space. Restroom & Treatment room will be cleaned & sanitized with medical grade sanitizer.
  • – Including all hard surfaces, retail area, doorknobs and floors.
  • Air purifier will be running.
  • All implements are washed with soap and water, then immersed in a medical grade sterilizer.
  • – CDC approved as a germicidal, virucidal, bactericidal, fungicidal, tuberculocidal and soft surface sanitization disinfectant and removed and sprayed with alcohol.
  • – Placed into Medical Autoclave
  • Fresh linens will be provided on the table.
  • Fresh towels are placed into a UV sterilizer towel cabinet.
  • All modalities are sprayed with sterilizer and handles will be wrapped in plastic.
  • – Changed in between clients
  • Gloves and masks are prepared for each client.
  • Hand Sterilizer and Soap are refilled.
  • Log Kept for Safety.

In Between Client protocol:

  • 30 minutes in between clients are allotted to allow for proper sanitation and sterilization.
  • Treatment room will be Ozone sterilized.
  • Linens will be removed and refreshed.
  • All implements are washed and sterilized.
  • All hard surfaces, doorknobs and floors are cleaned with medical grade sterilizer.
  • Restroom, including handles, will be wiped down with medical grade solution.

Closing Safety Protocol:

  • Lobby, Restroom & Treatment room will be cleaned & sanitized with medical grade sanitizer.
  • – Including all hard surfaces, retail area, doorknobs and floors.
  • All implements are washed with soap and water, then immersed in medical grade sterilizer.
  • – CDC approved as a germicidal, virucidal, bactericidal, fungicidal, tuberculocidal and soft surface sanitization disinfectant and removed and sprayed with alcohol.
  • – Placed into Medical Autoclave.
  • All Linens removed for laundry servicing.
  • Hot towel cabinet will be sterilized with medical grade sterilizer.
  • All modalities are sprayed with sterilizer.
  • Garbage removed.
  • Air is purified.
  • Log Kept for Safety.

Greet & Exit Safety Protocol:

  • Client Arrival:
  • All clients are to wear mask to each appointment.
  • Each Client is greeted and escorted to the restroom for use and hand washing.
  • – Touchless entry and soap dispenser is available Client’s temperature will be taken and confirmation of how they are feeling.
  • Consultation with client includes a release form and time for any questions.

Client Exit:

  • Client is advised to wear mask for exit.
  • Escorted to restroom if needed.
  • Client escorted to door for touchless exit.

Treatment Specifics and Protocol:

  • Appointments are necessary and must be confirmed 2 days prior.Temporarily 💅Nails services are limited Client will have access to hand sanitizer and given a plastic bag for belongings.
  • No hand or foot massage will be provided as part of services until further notice.
  • Post treatment, Williamsburg Beauty Spa will remove and dispose of gloves and wash hands.
  • All Retail will be:
  • – Placed into your bag or retail bag.
  • – Each product or box will be sanitized 10 minutes prior.
  • Touchless payment is available.
  • Client must let us know if they are not feeling well prior to the appointment and need to cancel.
  • Appointments can be refused if a client has a fever, repeated cough, respiratory ailment, or has been in contact with a person positive with coronavirus.
